Problem Description

Dream SMP can be seen as nn regions numbered 0,1,,n10,1,\dots,n-1.

Dream wants to divide these nn regions into 88 countries numbered 0,1,,70,1,\dots,7. Each region belongs to exactly one country, but a country may contain no regions.

The regions give mm sets of constraints on the partition plan. The ii-th constraint is represented by four parameters (ui,ai,vi,bi)(u_i,a_i,v_i,b_i).
